Rizes Hotel complies with the new safety measures and health protocols for the protection and prevention of Covid-19 transmission.

Facilities isolated on a hillside, overlooking the port and the town of Serifos.
16 totally independent apartments of 40-50 m² with separate entrances from outdoors.
Autonomous domestic air-conditioning units in the apartments and in the public areas of the hotel.
Outdoor Bar-Restaurant and breakfast area in 500m² courtyard around the pool.
Distance 3m between the tables of the restaurant.
General disinfections-disinfections in all areas of the hotel by a specialized company.

GENERAL TERMS

Check In - Check Out

Upon arrival, temperature control is mandatory, and we kindly ask for you to wear your mask.

Please read, complete and sign the health & safety policy protocol and the health declaration form.

Personal data is strictly recorded for health and safety reasons only.

The Check-Out takes place at 12 p.m. while the Check-In is transferred at 5 p.m.

We consider it is necessary to make this change, to ensure that, between the different customers the room is cleaned, thoroughly disinfected, and adequately ventilated.

Rooms

All non-basic / necessary items such as magazines, leaflets, vases, decorative pillows, blankets were removed from the rooms. All kitchen utensils and coffee / tea makers are also removed.

Cleanliness

We will supervise the proper cleaning and disinfection of the rooms and the common areas.

You will find two complete sets of towels in your room. If you need more towels, or want to change them, please let us know by phone.

The bed linen change will be done every 3 days or earlier if it’s necessary (after consultation with reception).

According to the Cleaning and Disinfection Protocols, please leave the room free, for at least 5 hours so that we complete the procedure properly.

Dining

There won’t be a “morning buffet”. Your breakfast will be served, outside at the restaurant area, aside by the pool and not in the “breakfast area”.

The bar is open all day until 01:00.

The restaurant will serve from 20:00 to 24:00.

Before or while the breakfast time, you can't use the pool.

Swimming Pool

You can enjoy with absolute safety your swimming! The cleaning and disinfection of the pool and the areas around it is supervised by the hotel owner. The appropriate and certified products are used for this purpose.

Please be informed of its operating regulations which you will find posted at the pool area.
