Ghyftika | Varsamos | Panaghia

At the junction between the main Panaghia—Koutalas paved road and the heliport's paved road, three dirt roads begin opposite the latter. A distinctive #4 sign is placed in the middle one.

The trail ascends infrequently marked, following the rutted dirt road to the edge, where marks increase. This portion ends at the dirt road crossing mount Troulos and reaches the chapel of Panaghia Kamaroti. Follow the dirt road going north; it soon becomes a concrete road for about 1 km and then you meet the eastbound trail (right) again. There is a #4 sign.

The trail descends in the Varsamos ravine, where there is a spring; above it, left of the trail, is the 14th century church of Aghios Stefanos. Then the trail ascends again, ending at Panaghia, where the oldest church in Serifos is found (Xylopanaghia c. 950-1000).
