A clearly marked, numbered and tracked hiking trail. Trail #6 starts at the main road, right under the small village of Pyrghos, and ends at Sykamia bay where another trail continues to Skala. The trail is downhill, vegetation-free and well marked, while for the most part the sea is ahead.
The trail goes toward the area of Lykourghou to Vouno; there, it crosses a dirt road whose left section leads to Aghia Sophia. You will not get lost; it passes between stone walls, and just after the junction you come to the chapel of Aghios Polykarpos.
After Aghios Polykarpos, a short distance toward the right you will see the deserted hamlet of Potamia and then the trail descends toward Ghalani village, owing its name to galenite mines once operating here. Grasshoppers everywhere will make you think "a biblical curse!" -but fear not; the insects are completely harmless.
Trail marks continue clearly after Ghalani, while a seductive view of the beach is revealed straight ahead. The last section crosses a dirt road leading to the beach, but you can also approach the sea by following the trail north and parallel to the dirt road.
